These general conditions are an integral part of the commercial offer chosen, unless specifically agreed in writing, will govern the contractual relationship between the parties, which will originate from the commercial offer itself, as formalized by Vincenzo De Negri and following the proper signing by the customer for accession, in the manner set out below.
Art. 2 – Conclusion of the contract
To conclude the purchase contract it will be necessary to fill in the form in electronic format and send it following the relevant instructions.
It contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, information on each service purchased and the means of payment that can be used.
Before concluding the contract you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order submission procedure is completed. This will be done by clicking on the “Conclude purchase” button at the end of the wizard.
Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email to the email address that the Customer provided at the time of purchase. Also at this address will be subsequently sent the relative invoice and any administrative and commercial communications.
Art. 3 – Methods of payment and prices
The price of the services will be as indicated from time to time on the website, except where there is a manifest error.
In case of error, Vincenzo De Negri will notify the customer as soon as possible allowing confirmation at the right amount, or cancellation.
There will be no obligation for Vincenzo De Negri to provide what is sold at the lower price wrongly indicated.
The prices indicated on the website are net of VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time. The changes do not concern orders for which the order confirmation has already been inserted.
Once the desired services have been selected, they will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the purchase instructions, inserting and/or verifying the required information at each step of the process. The details of the order can be modified until the moment of payment.
Payment can be made through: Paypal, Credit Cards or Bank Transfer.
Art. 4 – Delivery of services
The services provided (Basic, Gold, Premium) by the website, will be delivered to the customer within the established time, certainly not more than 150 days after payment of what is due.
Once received the balance of the service, the customer will be an active part for the management (with requests from Vincenzo De Negri for more precise information) for the provision of the chosen service.
Any delay or irregularity in payment, Vincenzo De Negri has the right to suspend the service, even without notice, and the right to compensation for any damages.
If the delivery of services can not take place for reasons not attributable to either party, the customer will be refunded in full of the payment.
For Services (Gold and Premium) Vincenzo De Negri will not be responsible for the failure to conclude the commercial negotiation, as there is the possibility of misunderstandings between the parties for the conclusion of negotiations.
No customer and / or any contact is obliged to complete the commercial negotiation undertaken.
Art. 5 – Data processing
The data provided are processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the appropriate section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Art. 7 – Jurisdiction
For any controversy on the interpretation and/or execution of the present contract will be competent only the Judicial Authority, excluding any different invocation of A.G. also as guarantee and connection of cause. The contract, as well as these general conditions, for the parties not expressly regulated, shall be governed by the Italian law in force. For any dispute relating to this contract, the Court of Milan – Italy shall be elected as the competent court.
